Due to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and the current community spread in our area, we are implementing these clinic policies for the safety of our patients, effective until further notice.
Please DO NOT come to your appointment if:
- You have had any personal respiratory illness within the last 14 days
- You have had any fever within the last 14 days
If none of the above are true of you, and you are able to come to your appointment, please comply with the following procedures to minimize risk to yourself and other patients:
- Wash hands thoroughly upon entering the clinic and before leaving
- Maintain at least 6 ft. of separation between yourself and other patients
