Tuan Nguyen, PT, OCS earned a Bachelors of Science from the U. S. Air Force Academy in 1993 with Military Honors. He served in the active duty Air Force for five years as a project manager on aircraft electronic engineering programs, and also earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton (OH). Tuan graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 with a Masters of Physical Therapy.

Tuan is a successful physical therapist with 22 years of experience; 11 of those years were spent caring for Army soldiers at Fort Gordon, GA . As a result of this experience, he has evaluated and treated various musculoskeletal injuries such as sprains, strains, stress fractures, rotator cuff injuries, snapping hip syndrome, PFS and various cervical, thoracic and lumbar conditions. In addition, he has treated hundreds of post-surgical patients recovering from operations such as knee ligament reconstruction, rotator cuff repairs, ankle stabilization, total knee replacement, hip, and shoulder arthroplasty, cartilage replenishment, and more. He also is experienced with 2D (dimensional) Running Video Analysis to assist long distance runners. Having left Fort Gordon in 2013, he now serves as the treating therapist at Liberty Physical Therapy in North Augusta.

In order to provide the best possible services to his current physical therapy patients, Tuan avidly studies the latest research. In addition, he enjoys reading the Bible and other good literature, spending time with his family, long distance running, playing tennis, hunting, fishing and gardening.
